摘　　要：目的　研究复方沙棘提取物对老龄大鼠 SOD活力及 SODm RNA表达的影响。方法　心脏取血 ,以 TBA显色法测定 SOD活力 ;同时取心肌组织制成组织匀浆 ,应用 RT- PCR法检测 SODm RNA表达量。结果　与对照组比较 ,给药后中、高剂量组 SOD活力明显增高(P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 ) ,SODm RNA高度表达 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,LPO明显下降 (P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 )。Objective To study the effect of Buckthron on activity of SOD and the expression of SOD mRNA in elder rats. Methods Blood was drawn from rat heart and the activity of SOD was determined with TBA reaction in different experimental groups. Heart tissues were ground into homogenate and the expression of SOD mRNA was assayed using RT-PCR.Results The activity of SOD was improved, the expression of SOD mRNA was increased and the content of LPO was increased significantly in different experimental groups with middle dosage and high dosage (middle dosage group: P <0.05; high dosage group: P <0.01). Conclusions Buckthron can prompt the expression of SOD on both mRNA and protein levels
