健康志愿者和原醛患者血浆18-羟皮质醇的动态变化

摘　　要：在健康人和原发性醛固酮增多症 (原醛 )患者观察到血浆 18 羟皮质醇水平具有类似皮质醇的昼夜节律。血浆 18 羟皮质醇水平能被 1mg地塞米松抑制。原醛患者在立卧位试验中血浆 18 羟皮质醇水平前后无变化 ,提示 18 羟皮质醇分泌主要受ACTH的调控。A circadian variation of plasma 18-hydroxycortisol level in healthy subjects and patients with primary aldosteronism were found and plasma 18-hydroxycorticol level could be suppressed by 1 mg dexamethasone. In supine and standing test, there was no significant change of plasma 18-hydroxycortisol level in patients with primary aldosteronism, suggesting that the secretion of plasma 18-hydroxycortisol level is mainly regulated by ACTH.
