中文版SF-36量表用于中国老年军人生活质量调查的信度与效度评价

摘　　要：目的　探讨美国简明健康测量量表SF 3 6用于中国老年军人生活质量测量的可能性。　方法　采用分层、整体抽样法 ,使用SF 3 6量表中文版对西安地区 93 4例老年军人的生活质量进行测定 ,参照国际生活质量评价项目的标准程序 ,进行正式的心理测量学试验。　结果　本次研究中 ,SF 3 6量表中文版的分半信度为 0 892 ;同质性信度系数除社会功能、心理健康 2个维度 ,其它 6个维度变化范围为 0 70～ 0 93 ,满足群组比较的要求。除社会功能、心理健康维度外 ,其它 6个维度条目的维度相关性一致 ;因子分析产生的 8个共因子与理论结构基本一致 ,结构效度的累积方差贡献为68 56%。　结论　SF 3 6健康调查量表可用于中国老年人的调查 ,同时提示在精神和心理方面的个别语句经进一步修订后 。ObjectiveTo study the possibility of measuring quality of life for military elderly Chine se by the Medical Outcomes Study 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey scale of USA . MethodsUsing stratified cluster sampling method, the quality of life in 934 military el derly in Chinese was measured simultaneously by SF-36. And the validity and rel iability were analyzed. ResultsIn the study, the split-half reliability was 0 892. The Cronbach’s α coeffic ient of internal consistency reliability ranged from 0 70 to 0 93, which were satisfactory for group comparison except 0 61 for the social functioning and 0 40 for mental health scale. The correlations between an item and its hypothesi zed scale were identical for all except the social functioning and mental health scales. The 8 common factors from factorial analysis were in accordance with th eir theoretical structure, and the cumulative contribution rate was 68 56%. ConclusionsThe Chinese version of the SF-36 Health Survey Scale has achieved equivalence w ell enough to warrant wide use in Chinese military elderly after revising specif ic sentences and words in the psychology and mental health.
