子宫颈支原体感染与胚胎停止发育的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨宫颈支原体感染与胚胎停止发育的关系 ,及支原体药物敏感试验结果。方法　收集 5 0例正常早孕人工流产妇女 (正常组 )和 5 8例胚胎停止发育的自然流产妇女 (胎停育组 )的宫颈分泌物进行解脲支原体和人型支原体培养 ,比较两组妇女支原体检出的阳性率。并对支原体培养结果阳性者进行罗红霉素、强力霉素、氧氟沙星药物敏感试验。观察支原体感染与胎停育组胚胎停止发育次数之间的相关性。结果　 (1)胎停育组解脲支原体阳性 4 3例 ,阳性率 74 1% ;人型支原体阳性 16例 ,阳性率 2 7 6 % ;解脲支原体、人型支原体均阳性 12例 ,阳性率 2 0 7%。正常组解脲支原体阳性 2 4例 ,阳性率 4 8 0 % ;人型支原体阳性 5例 ,阳性率 10 0 % ,解脲支原体、人型支原体均阳性 2例 ,阳性率 4 0 %。两组阳性率比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。 (2 )两组妇女中 ,支原体阳性患者的药物敏感率分别为 ,罗红霉素 94 6 %、强力霉素 5 4 5 %、氧氟沙星 32 8%。 (3)支原体感染率与胚胎停止发育次数之间无正相关关系。结论　 (1)宫颈支原体感染与胚胎停止发育有关 ,是导致胚胎停止发育的原因之一。 (2 )支原体药物敏感试验以罗红霉素为最敏感。Objective To study the relationship between endocervical mycoplasma infection and the spontaneous abortion due to the early embryonic death and the drug sensitivity to mycoplasma. Methods Endocervical swabs were taken from fifty normal pregnant women (normal group) and fifty-eight women with spontaneous abortion due to embryonic death.The swabs were used for ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and mycoplasma hominis (MH) Cultivation respectively. The isolation rates of the two groups were comparedf.Results (1)In the embryonic death group, the positive rates of UU, MH and UU mixed with MH were 74.1%(43/58) , 27.6% (16/58) and 20.7%(12/58)separately.In the normal female group, however, the positive rates correspondingly were the UU 48.0% (24/50), the MH 10.0% (5/50) and the UU mixed with MH 4.0% (2/50).There had significant differences of the positive rates between the two groups( P <0.01, P <0.05, P <0.05).(2) Drug sensitivity rates to mycoplasma were roxithromycin 94.6%, doxycycline 54.5% and ofloxacin 32.8%. (3)The infection rate of mycoplasma had no positive relationship with times of early embryonic death.Conclusions (1) The endocervical mycoplasma infection could be one of the causes leading to the early embryonic death.(2) Roxithromycin was the most sensitive drug tested to mycoplasma.
