摘 要:用小鼠胎肝细胞体外血浆凝块培养红系集落(Erythroid Colong forming unit in culture,E-CFUC)方法,以红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)850323为标准试剂,测定正常人及慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清EPO浓度及血氧饱和度(SO2)。血清EPO测定结果28例正常人为48.0±17.7mu/ml,26例慢性阻塞性肺病患者则为111.5±65.21mu/ml。结果表明:缺氧对血清EPO浓度有明显影响,且SO2越低,血清EPO浓度越增高,呈负相关。Erythroid colong formation in plasma clots has been used for determining erythropoietin (EFO) concentration in serum and EPO (850323) used for standard reagent. The serum levels of EPO were measured in 28 healthy persons and 26 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with E-CFUC method in vitro. Blood oxygen saturation was measured in all COPD. Results showed that EPO concentrations were 48.0±17.7mU/ml in healthy human and 111.5±65.21mU/ml in COPD. The serum EPO level was closely related with the severity of hypoxia. In addition, blood oxygen saturation showed opposite proportion to the serum EPO level.
