摘　　要：乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫是中国控制乙肝的一项重要举措。开展乙肝疫苗预防接种和安全注射知识和技能的培训 ,是落实这一举措 ,实施安全、有效接种的重要保证。培训效果的好坏直接影响着乙肝疫苗接种的质量 ,影响着控制乙肝的进程。因此 ,编写适合基层人员学习用的培训教材 ,做好各级师资的培训 ,为基层开展培训提供经费支持是提高培训效果和预防接种质量的必要保证。Hepatitis B is one of the serious public health problems,and the strategy to incorporate hepatitis B vaccine into EPI service can help control the problem.To conduct training activities on hepatitis B vaccination and safe injection can well guarantee the implementaion of the strategy,since the training effect directly influences the quality of vaccination and the progress of hepatitis B control. Accordingly,it is necessary to compile the teaching materials suitable for grass-root health workers to organize high quality training classes and to provide the necessary financial support to conduct the training activities at basic level,thus to guarantee the training effect and improve the vaccination quality.
