摘 要:目的 探讨建立海水浸泡复合伤简易伤情评定方案的方法。 方法 犬 3 2只 ,分为烧冲复合伤组与弹烧复合伤组 ,每组又分浸泡组与对照组。观察各组在伤后 2 8h内各项生理指标的变化 ,分析建立伤情评分表。 结果 致伤因素、体温、心率、血压、动脉氧分压、氯离子浓度等 6因素与伤情密切相关 ,评分表对伤情的评估较为准确。Objective To study the method to set up a simple sco ri ng scheme for combined wounds with sea water immersion. Methods A total of 32 dogs were randomly divided into burn-blast combined wound gr oup (n=16) and bullet-burn combined wound group (n=16). Each group was further divided into two groups, ie, immersion (n=10) and control (n=6) groups. Changes of vital signs, hemorrheology, acid-base balance, electrolyt balance, blood-ga s analysis and osmotic pressure were monitored within 28 hours after injury. The relationship between changes of above markers and death rate was analyzed by us ing ANOVA and scatter diagram so as to set up the scoring scheme. Resu lts There was a close correlation between the death rate and six fact ors including wound causes, body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, partia l pressure of oxygen and concentration of chloridion. The scoring scheme could b e used to evaluate the wounds fairly precisely. Conclusions The simple scoring scheme can be set up for a quick evaluation of combined woun d with sea water immersion.
