黄芩含量测定中双波峰的出现及解决措施

摘　　要：目的:为解决中国药典2000年版一部黄芩测定中时而出现的双峰以及正确计算黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用含酸的流动相稀释样品。结果:提高了样品的分离度及分离基线,解决了双峰问题。讨论:对黄芩药材以及含黄芩药材粉末的成方制剂出现双峰时,提供了解决的方法。Objective:To remove double peaks of baicalin and calculate correctly the content of baicalin in determination of Radix Scutellariae in Chinese pharmacopoeia (2000 edition). Method:The sample wsa diluted by mobile phase containing acid. Results:Separation factor and separate base line of sample was raised. Double peaks of baicalin was removed. Conclusion: When double peaks of baicalin appear in Radix Scutellariae and preparation containing its powder,a removing method was provided.
