摘　　要：目的：建立采用一阶导数光谱法测定盐酸地芬尼多片含量的方法；方法：以稀乙醇为溶剂，波长闻隔2nm，狭缝1nm，检测波长221nm；盐酸地芬尼多线性范围16～36／μg／ml(r=0．9999)，平均回收率100．1％(RSD=0．69％)；结论：方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。Objective:To determine the content of difenidol hydrochloride in its tablets by the first derivative UV-spectropho tometry. Methods:Used the diluting ethanol as solvent,Δλ=2nm, and the slit was 1nm,the detective wavelength was 221nm. Results:The method had a good linearity with a range of 16-36μg/ml for difenidol hydrochloride,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9999. The mean recovery was 100. 1% with RSD of 0. 69%. Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible.
