摘　　要：介绍了天津通信研发电信综合业务管理系统的立项背景、设计思想、系统结构、关键技术、创新点以及应用情况。该系统实现天津通信向客户推出的各类业务的受理、核配设备资源、实施竣工、建账等一系列功能。该类系统正在电信运营中获得普及和推广。This article introduces the project background,design principle,system construction,key technologies,new idea points and its application situation of the Telecommunication Integrated Service Management System.It is a computer software processing system which conducts and supports the implement of various telecom-services provided by Tianjin Communications for customers.It carries out a series of functions such as accepting applications,checking and disposing equipment and lines,controlling construction course,founding accounts and billing lists,etc.Such a system is popularizing and spreading in telecom-services operation and marketing.
