大鼠肝脏血管铸型的制作及其数据获取方法研究

摘　　要：目的　制作大鼠肝脏血管铸型标本 ,收集血管铸型的层片数据 ,为计算机辅助重建肝脏血管数字模型奠定基础。方法　选用过氯乙烯塑料作为溶质、丙酮为溶剂配成 8%～ 10 %填充剂 (含油画颜料 ) ,注入大鼠活体肝脏血管系统内 (4 0例 ) ,待溶剂挥发后凝固成型 ,盐酸腐蚀除去细胞和结缔组织 ,即可得到大鼠肝脏血管铸型标本。将标本用石蜡包埋、切片 ,对石蜡块每一切面进行拍照 ,获取血管的层片图像数据。结果　此方法能成功地制作出大鼠肝脏血管铸型标本 (3 6例 ) ,肝动脉充盈直径为 0 .8～ 0 .2mm、门静脉 2 .0～ 0 .1mm、肝静脉为 2 .2～ 0 .2mm。每一标本拍照收集约 15 0张层片。结论　此方法是为计算机重建大鼠肝血管树数字模型获取实验数据的一种可行方法。Objective To lay the foundations for computer-aided reconstruction of digital model of rat liver blood vessels (RLBV),the casting sample of RLBV was fabricated and the data of every section of it was harvested.Methods The liquid polymer preparation (8%-10%),which was made of chlorinated poly vinyl chloride (CPVC,as solute),acetone (as Solvent) and pigment,was injected into the RLBV (40 cases).Once acetone had evaporated,it solidified.When the cells and connective tissue were completely dissolved by hydrochloric acid,there was a casting sample of RLBV left.The sample was embedded with paraffin wax and cut into sections.The data of every section of RLBV was collected by digital camera.Results Thirty-six cases of the casting sample of RLBV was made successfully by this method.The diameter of hepatic arteries was from 0.8 to 0.2 mm,portal veins from 2.0 to 0.1 mm and hepatic veins from 2.2 to 0.15 mm.Every case had about 150 photographs of the sections of RLBV.Conclusion The method described above is a feasible approach to get experimental data for computer-aided reconstruction of digital model of RLBV.
