摘　　要：中关村金融中心是以办公为主的超高层高档综合写字楼,对其给排水及消防系统作了简单介绍。对遇到的层高超过8m的大空间灭火设计;24层消防转输水箱设计;变流量消防泵的应用;以及在钢结构设计中给排水管井位置的选择,防火涂料和钢结构的斜撑对布管的影响;为保证走道2.7m吊顶高度,各专业设计间的协调等一些问题及解决方法,谈一些设计体会。The water and fire control systems design of Zhongguancun Financial Center, a super high-rise office building situated at the west part of this high tech area is presented briefly. Some emblematical problems in design such as the fire control of wide action area with big space (height more than 8 m), intermediate fire water tank for 24 stories, adoption of variable flow fire pump and the arrangement of tube well, fireproof dope and pipeline shaft in steel structures are described in detail. Also problems related to harmonize the works of designers of different engineering branches are taken into consideration.
