手术减肥治疗对肥胖患者血清C反应蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究手术减肥配合低热量饮食治疗对肥胖患者血清C反应蛋白 (CRP)水平的影响。方法 :测定 4 2例手术治疗的单纯性肥胖患者在治疗 0周和 2 5周时的体重、腰臀围、血压 ,同时测定空腹血糖、脂代谢参数、胰岛素、CRP值。结果 :治疗 2 5周后患者平均血压、空腹血糖、胆固醇及胰岛素抵抗指数均较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,体重下降 >5 %者 ,CRP水平较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :外科手术减肥配合低热量饮食治疗能够有效降低单纯性肥胖患者的体重及CRP水平 ,不同程度地改善代谢水平 。Aim:To study the effects of weight reducing by operation combined with hypocaloric diet on plasm C reactive protein(CRP) level in obese patients. Methods: A total of 42 obese patients were peformed weight reducing operation.Before and after 25 week treatment,the body weight,lumbar sciatic line,blood pressure,fasting blood sugar,lipometabolism parameters,insulin and CRP were determined.Results: After treatment, the average blood pressure,fasting blood sugar,cholesterin and insulin resistant index reduced compared with the stage before treatment( P <0.05).Serum CRP level in patients with weight reducing by 5%or more decreased significantly compared with the stage before treatment( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion:Weight reducing by operation combined with hypocaloric diet can effectively reduce the body weight and CRP level of obese patients,improve metabolism level,thus decreasing the incidence of cardiovascular diseases.
