有机成核剂改善聚醚酯纤维弹性回复率的研究

摘　　要：研究了有机成核剂 (PP)的质量分数对聚醚酯 (TPEE)纤维弹性回复率及物理机械性能的影响 ,并且用SEM和X射线衍射对其结构进行了分析 ,结果发现 ,PP质量分数小于 2 %时 ,可以略微改善TPEE纤维的弹性回复率 ,而添加过多的PP反而使TPEE纤维的弹性回复率及物理机械性能变差。The effects of the addition of organic nucleating agent (PP) on elastic recovery percentage and physicomechanical properties of thermoplastic polyether ester (TPEE) fiber were studied. The structure of TPEE fiber was analyzed by SEM and X-ray diffractometry. The results showed that PP addition lower than 2% can slightly improve the elastic recovery percentage of TPEE fiber,but extremely high addition of PP can decrease the elastic recovery percentage and mechanical properties of TPEE fiber.
