摘　　要：通过对阳离子染料常压可染聚酯 (ECDP)熔体特性粘数、熔点及结晶性能的分析 ,探讨了ECDP中空短纤维纺丝工艺。选择切片预结晶温度 10 0～ 12 0℃、预结晶时间 2h、干燥温度 170～ 175℃、纺丝温度 2 70～2 80℃、环吹风速度 1.0m/s、温度 2 3～ 2 5℃、拉伸温度 60℃、拉伸倍率 3 .7,生产出的ECDP短纤维中空度可达2 0 %以上。The melt intrinsic viscosity,melting point and crystallinity of easy cationic dyeable polyester (ECDP) were analyzed. The spinning process conditions of ECDP hollow staple fiber were discussed. The high hollowness above 20% can be achieved under the process conditions as followed: precrystallization temperature 100-120℃,precrystallization time 2 h,drying temperature 170-175℃,spinning temperature 270-280℃,circle air blow speed 1.0 m/s and temperature 23-25℃,drawing temperature 60℃ and draw ratio 3.7.
