摘  要:通过模拟超塑性预处理细化晶粒原理 ,在低碳钢中加入一定粒径和一定体积分数的ZrO2 粒子以起形变区核心和再结晶核心作用 ,研究了变形量不同的轧制工艺对试验钢组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 :试验钢加入平均粒径为 0 .5 μm、体积分数为 0 .2 %的ZrO2 粒子及轧后水冷条件下 ,变形量为 76 %时 ,晶粒尺寸细化到 7.8μm ,试验钢的综合力学性能得到明显提高。By simulating the principle of superplastic pre-treatment for refining grains, a certain volume fraction and size distribution of ZrO 2 particles, which acted as deformation zone nuclei and recrystallization nuclei, were added into low-carbon steel. The effects on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel were investigated by different deformation of hot rolling process. The results showed that under the conditions of water quenched after hot rolling deformation by 76%, average grain size of the test steel was refined to 7.8μm while ZrO 2 particles of average diameter were 0.5μm and volume fraction 0.2% were added into the steel. The integrating mechanical properties of the test steel are increased obviously.
