摘　　要：全面建设小康社会是社会主义中国确立的21初期新的发展战略。它是在探求“两大基本问题”和“两大规律”的进程中产生的丰硕成果,是对“三个代表”重要思想的最好实践和检验。Constructing a total well-off society is the goal for socialist China in the earlu21st century.It is the result caused by exploring the'two basic qie stions'and'two important rules'.It is also the best prac-tice and check for 'the three representations'.
