摘  要:通过正交试验对比PVC-U型材塑化度和焊接条件对焊角强度的影响试验得知:焊接温度、加热时间及型材塑化度对焊角强度的影响较大,焊接时间与进给压力对焊角强度影响相对较小。型材塑化度在70%左右时具有较好的可焊性,适当提高焊接温度及延长加热时间有利于提高型材的焊角强度,焊接时间超过一定时间后则对焊角强度影响不大,根据型材截面不同进给压力有一最佳值。The orthogonal experiments were made to compare the influence of plasticizing degree and that of welding conditions on the fillet weld strength of PVC-U profiled materials.It was found that the welding temperature,heating time and the plasticizing degree of profiled materials could greatly influence the fillet weld strength,while the influences of welding time and feeding pressure was relatively small.The weldability was good when the plasticizing degree was about 70%.Properly increasing the welding temperature and prolonging the heating time were helpful to the improvement of fillet weld strength.However,the influence of welding time on the fillet weld strength would be little when the welding time was longer than a certain time.The feeding pressure had an optimum value according to the different sectional area of profiled materials.
