摘 要:本文从水稻抗旱性、根系形态性状、生理性状等方面,介绍了近年来水稻抗旱性及相关性状的数量性状基因定位(Quantitative trait loci,QTLs)的研究进展,并比较了不同群体和环境条件下所定位的抗旱性相关性状的QTLs位点、标记及其在染色体上的分布和特点,同时对水稻抗旱性相关性状QTLs的比较基因组学研究及应用基因工程进行水稻抗旱性研究进行了阐述。旨为我国水稻抗旱性遗传育种及基因组研究提供信息和理论依据。The advanced of mapping QTLs for drought resistance-related traits in rice have been introduced as follows: drought resistance, root morphology and physiology etc. Distribution on the chromosome and whose characteristics of QTLs and molecular markers for drought resistance-related characteristics in different populations and condition had been compared. Comparative genomics study of drought-resistance relevant properties QTLs in rice, and application of genetic engineering in the study of rice drought resistance had been summarized. That could supply a lot of information and basis of theory for rice genetics and breeding of drought resistance and genome in our country.
