A行为者血浆皮质醇分界值标准的逻辑质研究

摘　　要：〔目的〕采用逻辑质方法研究是否由血浆皮质醇 (cortisol)指标区分A型与非A型行为类型。〔方法〕用A型行为类型量表将 75名医科学生测评分型 ;由放射免疫法测量其应激与安静时的cortisol指标值 ,并对cortisol指标分界值作逻辑分析。〔结果〕尽管A型和非A型行为者的应激反应cortisol指标有显著逻辑差异 (tcortisol=2 .3 72 6,P >0 .0 5 ,tcortisol≥ 2 .842 6,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但在应激和安静时的cortisol分界值之间有显著逻辑差异 (t =1.63 2 ,P >0 .0 5 ,t≥ 2 .93 0 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;即使应激时cortisol指标分界值之间有显著逻辑差异 (t≤ 2 .62 0 ,P >0 .0 5 ,t≥ 4.65 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;不能区分A型和非A型行为 (准确度为 49.3 % )。〔结论〕从逻辑上说明由Cortisol指标不能区分A与非A行为类型。Objective To study the classification of type A behaviors to stress response with plasma cortisol by logic qualitative analysis. 〔Methods〕 A total of 75 cases treated in hospital were determined for type A behaviors using psychological questionnaire.Their plasma levels of cortisol in stress and at rest were measured.Then the cut-off curve of cortisol index was selected for the logic qualitative analysis.〔Results〕 There was significant difference in plasma cortisol between non-A and type A behaviors in stress and rest (P<0 05).However,there was no significant difference in cut-off values of both cortisol indexes in stress and at rest for classification of non-A and type A behaviors (P>0.05).There was marked difference in its cut-off value of cortisol index only in stress.〔Conclusions〕There is no unique standard cortisol value to fit classification of non-A and type A behaviors.
