摘　　要：电脑插头内置金属壳冲压模 ,主要是设计一组合凸模和复合凹模 ,通过其联动 ,将传统的分模加工合而为一 ,使落料、折弯成型一气呵成 ,既减少了误差 ,保证了质量 ,又降低了成本 ,提高了生产率。A set of compund concave die and combined heave die is design. With coordinated action, traditional processed of different punch dies are replaced by a compound die set. Cutting and bending are done at the same time. Errors are decreased, and quality and costs are improved. Productivity is also improved.
