利用数控回转头压力机冲切及成形大尺寸圆弧

摘　　要：通过不锈钢装饰板加工实例 ,系统介绍了数控回转头压力机的加工原理及工作过程。根据零件的结构要求 ,设计了数控回转头压力机成形圆弧模具 ,成形出产品要求在大圆弧上R2 5圆弧 ;针对内、外圆弧加工中出现的锯齿形棱角缺陷 ,绘制了零件加工原理图进行分析 ,找出了原因 ,通过构想新加工原理 ,设计了矩形母子模 ,克服了冲切内、外圆弧的加工缺陷 ,提高了材料利用率 ,保证了零件形状及精度要求 ;由此熟悉了进口模具 。Through the example of manufacturing the stainless-steel decorating plate, the manufacturing principle and working process of the numerical control rotary stamping machine are systematically introduced. Based on the requirement, the arc die for numerical control rotary stamping machine is design, and the arc R 25 required by product is shaped. The reason of the zigzag flaw occurring in the edges of products during the manufacturing of inside and outside arc is found by the analysis of the manufacturing principle figures of parts. By conceiving the novel manufacturing principle, rectangle mother-son die is design, which can avoid the manufacturing flaws during the cutting inside and outside arc, increase the utilization ratio of material and assure the requirement of geometry and accuracy. Therefore, the imported die is known well, and the domestic making of the die is achieved.
