摘 要:目的 :研制颈前路可调式融合固定器 ,并对其进行生物力学测试。方法 :由医用钛合金材料制成颈前路可调式融合固定器。 3 2具小牛颈椎标本随机分成颈前路可调式融合固定器组 (AC AFF)、钢板髂骨组 (AI)、钢板钛网组 (AT)及对照组 ,测量每组标本在受到轴向压缩、前屈、后伸及侧屈载荷状态下的位移、应变及强度变化。结果 :当颈椎处于轴向压缩及前屈状态时 ,AC AFF组的应变小于AI组及AT组 ;在同样载荷的不同状态下 ,AC AFF组的位移比AI组和AT组小 ;三组的强度均比对照组明显增加 ,以AC AFF组最强。结论 :颈椎椎体次全切除后经AC AFF或前路钢板固定后即刻稳定性明显增强 ,在轴向压缩及前屈运动状态下 ,AC AFF的稳定性优于前路钢板 ;在不同运动状态下 ,ACObjective:To design the anterior cervical-adjustable fusion fixator(AC-AFF) and evaluate its biomechanical characteristics.Method:AC-AFF was made of titanium alloy.Thirty-two bovine cervical spine specimens were randomly divided into four groups,which were AC-AFF group,iliac graft (AI) group,titanium mesh with supplemented anterior cervical plate (AT) group and control group.The strain,displacement and strength of each group were measured unders the loading at states of vertical compression,flexion,extension and lateral bending.Result:The strain range of the AC-AFF group was less than that of the AI group and AT group under the states of vertical compression and flexion.The displacement of the AC-AFF group was less than those of the other two experimental groups when cervical specimens sustained the load from different directions.The rigidity of all experimental groups was more significantly increased than that of the control group.But the rigidity of the AC-AFF group was the highest.Conclusion:The immediate stability of the cervical spine fixed by AC-AFF or anterior cervical plates is significantly increased.But the cervical spine in the AC-AFF group is more stable than other groups,especially under the states of vertical compression and flexion.The anti-strain and the rigidity of the AC-AFF are also better than that of AI and AT groups.
