摘 要:利用催化燃烧的原理和方法 ,对煤系高岭土在较低煅烧温度下的脱碳过程进行了研究 ,确定了常用化学试剂中主要阳离子和阴离子对煤系高岭土煅烧脱碳的催化作用顺序和催化规律 ,为煤系高岭土在较低煅烧温度下快速脱碳提供了科学的依据。试验确定了对煤系高岭土有良好脱碳效果、不带入染色离子 ,又与增白剂具有良好协同效果的催化剂的种类、最佳用量和添加方法 ,在比现行煅烧温度低 15 0℃、又不延长保温时间的情况下 ,制备出了高白度的煅烧高岭土样品。According to the theory and method of catalytic combustion, the rapid decarbonization of kaolinite in coal measure under relatively low temperature calcinations is investigated in this paper. The catalysis process and principle of the basic cations and anions of common chemical reagents influencing kaolinite calcination decarbonization in coal measure is discussed. This research will be useful for further investigation of rapid decarbonization of kaolinite in coal measure under relatively low temperature. The catalyzer and the technique of kaolinite decarbonization are selected by experiment. Based on this technique, the tinct ion will not be interfused in the product and the decarbonization is effective. The highly white sample of calcination kaolinite is made in the condition of being lower 150℃ than calcination temperature currently and no prolonging time of heat preservation.
