摘　　要：牙轮钻机是露天矿山最主要生产设备之一 ,但在使用中由于销轴及轴孔磨损会使履带松弛 ,严重影响设备移动和安全运行。The toothed roller-bit drill is one of the most important equipment in mining operation.Due to wear-and-tear of wrist and shaft hole that causes loosening of track shoe,smooth operation and travelling of toothed roller-bit drill is seriously influenced.The theoretical basis of developing track shoe tensioner and its application in practice are described.
