摘  要:目的 :通过对慢性支气管炎急发期患者两种常见中医证型的免疫及上呼吸道微生态的研究 ,探讨中医辨证分型与免疫、微生态之间的相关性 ,为中医学临床治疗该疾病提供理论依据。方法 :对 10 2例慢性支气管炎急性发作期痰热郁肺型、痰浊郁肺型患者 ,进行免疫功能及上呼吸道微生态指标检测并进行分析。结果 :慢性支气管炎急发期患者两证型均有微生态失调和免疫功能的低下 ,两型对比有显著差异。结论 :人体微生态和免疫功能指标 ,可作为研究慢性支气管炎发病机理及中医辨证分型的依据之一。微生态失调和免疫功能低下是慢性支气管炎急发期及该病的中医辨证分型的病理基础。Objective: To observe Exaecrbation Of Chronic Bronchities On The Relations between Throat Microecology and immune function And Syndrome Of TCM . It applied the ory foundation for clinical diagnosis, prevention and cure of the respiratory tract disease. Methodes: choosing 102 cases that was the the stage of acute attack of chronic bronchus to partition syndrome by differential diagnosis. And did some contrasts between the partition syndrome by differential diagnosis about the stage of acute attack of chronic bronchus and functions examine about Microecology and Immune in the respiratory tract. Results:The acute stage of chronic bronchus and the partition syndrome by differential diagnosis had typical maladjustment of microecology and low immune function. Conclusion: The results sugges that The indexes of microecology and immune function of body could be a foundation that researching the morbidity mechanism of chronic bronchus and the partition syndrome by differential diagnosis. It suggested that their pathologic foundation were maladjustment of microecology and low immune function when the respiratory tract was infected.
