新生戒毒胶囊镇静作用的实验研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察新生戒毒胶囊的镇静作用。【方法】将 80只小鼠随机分为 5组 :正常对照组、福康片对照组、新生戒毒胶囊大、中、小剂量组。采用旷野法和转棒法 ,分别观察不同组别的小鼠的活动情况。【结果】旷野实验中 ,新生戒毒胶囊大中剂量组小鼠较正常对照组活动格数明显降低。但同福康片组比较无显著性差异。在转棒法中 ,新生戒毒胶囊大中剂量组与正常对照组和福康片组比较 ,坠落数均明显降低 ,且均有统计学意义。【结论】新生戒毒胶囊有明显的镇静作用。Study the pain-peaceful function of the freshman quits poison capsule.A total 80 small mice were randomly assigned to five groups:normal group,fukang tablet group and large,mediate,small dose groups of freshman quits poison capsule.We adopt the opening country method and turning the stick method to learn the effect of the freshman quits poison capsule on the activity of the small mice.In opening country method experiments,the activity area of the mice in the large,mediate dose group of freshman quits poison capsule is smaller than normal group,but there is no difference between fukang tablet group and large,mediate dose of freshman quits poison capsule group.In turning the stick method experiments,the number of sinking mice was the smallest in large,mediate dose group of freshman quits poison capsule.The freshman quits poison capsule has the effect on the activity of the small mice.[Conclusion]The freshman quits poison capsule has the pain-peaceful function obviously.
