黄芪当归合剂与科素亚联合治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨黄芪当归合剂和科素亚联合治疗对降低肾病综合征 (NS)患者尿蛋白、升高血浆白蛋白、降低血胆固醇和尿NAG酶的疗效。方法 :将 5 6例患者随机分为治疗组 (2 8例 )和对照组 (2 8例 ) ,治疗组给予激素、抗凝等治疗的同时给予黄芪当归合剂和科素亚治疗 ,对照组则只给予激素、抗凝等治疗 ,检测各组尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、尿NAG酶、血胆固醇。结果 :治疗组较对照组在治疗过程中尿蛋白明显下降及血浆白蛋白回升在治疗 4周后有明显差异性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,尿NAG酶较对照组明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血胆固醇较对照组在治疗 4周后明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :研究证明 ,黄芪当归合剂和科素亚联合治疗能有效地降低尿蛋白 ,增加肾病综合征患者血浆白蛋白水平 ,并能降低患者血清胆固醇水平 ,减轻蛋白尿对肾小管。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Astragalus-Angelica mixture and losartan on proteinuria,serum albumin, serum lipoid and urine NAG enzyme.Methods:56 patients diagnosed as idiopathic nephrotic syndrome were divided into control group(28 cases) and treatment group(28 cases).The control group was treated with corticosteroid and anticoagulant.The treatment group was treated with Astragalus-Angelica mixture and losartan in addition to steroids and anticoagulant. Proteinuria,serum albumin,serum lipoid and urine NAG enzyme were measured.Results:Proteinuria,serum albumin,serum lipoid and urine NAG enzyme were significantly reduced after 4 weeks in the treatment group, while plasma albumin significantly increased compared to control group. There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus-Angelica mixture and losartan can reduce proteinuria, serum lipoid,urine NAG enzyme and increase plasma albumin. It can decrease the lesion of the urine protein on renal tubulointerstitium.
