摘　　要：目的　分析近 12年来绦 /囊虫病发病消长趋势及分布特点。　方法　收集 1991～ 2 0 0 2年就诊绦 /囊虫病例进行统计分析。　结果　 12年来治疗绦 /囊虫病人 2 82 4例 ,本省病例 2 5 2 5例 ,外省 2 99例 ( 10 5 9% )。发病者以青壮年为多 ,且以农民发病人数为高 ( 5 3 0 8% )。以头痛头晕为首发症状者占 67 2 1% ,其次为癫痫发作 ( 5 7 86% )。发病年龄最小为 1 5岁 ,最大为 85岁 ,以 3 0～ 3 9岁组病人为多 ( 2 3 41% ) ,其次为 2 0～ 2 9岁组 ( 18 2 0 % )和 40～ 49岁组( 18 70 % )。其中男性 193 1例 ( 68 3 8% ) ,女性 893例 ( 3 1 62 % )。病人来自于本省 17地市的 113个县 (市、区 )和 15个外省 (市、区 )。　结论　分析结果显示 ,绦 /囊虫病分布较为广泛 ,农村多于城市。 1996年前发病人数呈逐年增加趋势 ,之后呈逐年下降趋势 ,与近些年来人们经济状况、生活水平的提高 ,个人卫生及环境卫生条件改善 ,以及群众防病意识的提高有关。本分析结果对绦Objective To analyze the tendency of decrease and increase and the distribution feature of taeniasis/cysticercosis in recent 12 years. Methods Statistics of hospital teniasis/cysticercosis data in 1991～2002 were collected and analyzed. Results 2 824 taeniasis/cystidercosis cases were treated,including 2 525 cases (89 41%)in Shandong Province and 299 cases (10.59%) from outside the province.The patients were mainly young and middle aged people,especially peasants (53.08%).The initial symptoms were mainly headache and dizziness(67.21%).The second symptom was epilepsy(57.82%).Among the patients the youngest was 1.5 years old and the oldest was 85 years old,The highest infected age group was 30～39 years (23.41%),followed by 20～29 years old group(18.20%)and 40～49 years old group(18.70%).Among them 1 931(68.38%) were male cases,while 893(31.62%) were female cases. The patients were from 113 counties or towns of 17 cities of this province and 15 other provinces. Conclusion The results show that taeniasis/cysticercosis was widely distributed. There were more infections in rural areas than in urban areas with a tendency of increasing infection year by year before 1996,and since then a gradual decrease was observed due to enhancement of economic status and living level of the people in recent years,improvement of personal and environmental hygiene,enhancement of disease control conciousness of the population.This analysis is of important reference value for controlling taeniasis/cysticercosis.
