摘 要:目的 建立离子色谱法测定饮用水中ClO2 -、BrO3 -、ClO3 -等加氯消毒副产物。 方法 采用AS9-HC阴离子分离柱 ,9mmol/L碳酸钠淋洗液 ,流速为 1 2ml/min ,进样量 2 0 0 μl可在 15min内分离 3种加氯消毒副产物。 结果 3种物质浓度在 0~ 10 0 0 μg/L范围内时 ,其色谱峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数在 0 999以上。检出限分别为ClO2 -2 1μg/L、BrO3 -8 5 μg/L、ClO3 -4 1μg/L。高、中、低 3个浓度水平的加标回收率在 96 8%~ 10 4 3 %之间 ;日内变异为 2 6%~ 7 5 % ,日间变异为 3 8%~ 9 2 %。 结论 离子色谱法符合定量分析的要求 。Objective A novel method was developed for the simulataneous determination of 3 kinds by-products of disinfectant of chlorating (chlorite,bromate,chlorate) in drinding water by ion chromatography. Methods With a anion exchange column,AS9-HC,and 9mmol/L sodium carbonates eluent,flow rate was 1.2ml/min.3 kinds ions were well separated and determinated within 15 min. Results The detection limits were ClO 2 -2.1μg/L?BrO 3 -8.5μg/L?ClO 3 -4.1μg/L.When the concentration was below 1 000μg/L,there were a well linear,the correlation coefficients were 0.999 at least.The recoveries were 96.8%~104.3%,The relative standard deviation (RSD) were 2.6%~7.5% and 3.8%~9.2% in one day and in days,respectively. Conclusion This method can be applied to the determination of 3 kinds by-products of disinfectant of chlorating in drinking water.
