摘 要:目的:优选葛根总异黄酮提取工艺,为大生产提供参考依据。方法:用分光光度法检测,以葛根总异黄酮提取量为评价指标,采用正交实验优化提取工艺。结果:采用乙醇提取,在所试条件下粉碎度对葛根总异黄酮提取率影响最大。结论:葛根提取最佳工艺为药材粉碎成粗粉,70%乙醇回流提取两次(70℃,每次1h)。ObjectiveTo optimize the extracting technology of the pueraia isoflavone from pueraria lobota ohwi.Methods:Four factors(ethanol concentration,degree of mill,temperature and time of extraction) which influenced the extraction efficiency were investigated by orthogonal experimental design taking the content of pueraia flavonoids as an experimental criterion.Results:The factor of degree of mill had the biggest influence on the extraction of pueraia flavonoid from pueraria lobota ohwi.Conclusion:The result showed that the optimal extracting condition was in coarse degree of herb with 70% ethanol extracting twice at 70℃,1 h extracting time per times.
