摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定苯巴比妥片的含量。方法:采用phenomenexC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果:苯巴比妥浓度在0.1～0.5mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为0.31%。结论:HPLC法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于苯巴比妥片的含量测定。Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of phenobarbital in tablets.MethodsThe determination was performed on a phenomenex C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(60 ∶40).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results:The method kept in good linearity from 0.1～0.5 mg/mL of concentration of phenobarbital(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.5% (RSD=0.31%).Conclusion:The method was well reproducible,sensitive and accurate,and could be used for the determination of phenobarbital in tablets.
