当归注射液对肾性高血压鼠血栓素B_2和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1a)的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察当归穴位注射对降低TXB2 水平的影响。方法 :大鼠随机分为当归穴注组 ,生理盐水组 ,开博通灌胃对照组 ,模型对照组 ,正常对照组 ,共 5组。结果 :当归穴位注射组能明显降低TXB2 水平 ,从而降低TXB2 / 6 -Keto -PGF1a比值。结论 :通过降低TXB2 水平 ,改变了肾脏的动力学变化 ,使肾脏血流量增加 ,减轻肾脏的形态学损伤 ,保护肾脏的功能达到降低蛋白尿的水平。Objective: To investigate the influence of acupoint injection with danggui on the level of TXB 2. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into five groups: acupoint injection with danggui group; saline group; control group with kaipotong; model control group; normal control group. Results: Acupoint injection with danggui renduced the level of TXB 2 obviously, and decreased the ratio of TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1a . Conclusion: By inducing the level of TXB 2, it changes hemodynamics of the kidney, increases the blood of kidney, improves the morphology destruction of kidney, protects the function of kidney and reduces the level of the proteinuria.
