金华佛手挥发油抗炎及急性毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究佛手挥发油的抗炎作用及急性毒性。方法　采用小鼠耳壳二甲苯致肿 ,大鼠角叉菜致炎等方法。结果　金佛手挥发油对二甲苯致小鼠二肿胀、角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀有一定的抑制作用。小鼠 ig L D50为 18.84 5± 0 .16 5 (18.6 79～ 19.0 1) m L/ kg。结论　金佛手挥发油有一定的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To study the anti-inflammation effects and acute toxicity of finger citron volatile Methods Methods were adopted to cause inflammation of mice's ear and swelling in rats by ylence. Results finger citron volatile exercises suppressing effects on the inflammation and swelling in rats Conclusion Finger citron volatile has effects of anti-inflammation and analgesic.
