即时术前准备对手术间空气微生物含量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究处于相对静止洁净状态下和接入患者后即时准备手术对手术间空气微生物含量的影响 ,探讨提高手术间空气洁净度 ,降低空气微生物含量的措施。方法 :采用平板沉降法 ,对处于相对静止洁净状态下和患者开始术前准备后 30min及采取改进措施后的手术间进行空气采样。结果 :手术间在相对静止洁净状态下空气中微生物总平均含量为 173 72± 5 9 35cfu/m3 (WHO规定的标准为≤ 2 0 0cfu/m3 ) ;开始即时术前准备后监测结果为5 90 93± 16 5 2 3cfu/m3 ;改进后空气中微生物总平均含量为 187 39±5 6 34cfu/m3 。经t检验 ,(1)改进前 ,即时术前准备工作前后空气中菌落数差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;(2 )改进前后监测结果差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;(3)改进后与即时术前准备工作前监测结果比较差异无显著性(P >0 0 5 )。结论 :即时术前准备工作明显增加了空气中微生物的含量 ,构成术后可能感染的隐患 ;针对手术间空气污染的情况和影响因素 ,采取相应措施 ,可提高手术间空气洁净度 ,降低手术部位感染的发生几率。Objective:To research about air microganism content in relative cleaning state or after instant preparation when patient entered put forward improved measures for reducing microrganism content.Method:We had taken air sample for microrganism content measuring by plate sedimentation method.Result:Content is 173.72±59.35cfu/m3 under relative cleaning state,and 590.93±165.23cfu/m3 after instant preparation content lower to 187.39±56.34cfu/m3 after improvement(P<0.01).There are significant differences between before and after preparation.Conclusion:Instant preparation increase colony content and infection tendency,improvement about preparation method can lower infection rate.
