针刺运针与否对胃电图影响的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察针刺留针时运针与否的针刺效应。方法 :将 6 7例胃动过缓患者随机分成运针组37例和不运针组 30例 ,并进行针刺前和针刺后 30min的胃电图测试 ,运针组加测 5min、15min的胃电图。 结果 :不运针组的胃电图主频 (FP)虽有上升 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但明显不及运针组 (P <0 0 1)。运针组在 5min、15min、30min的胃电图主频与针前相比差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺效果随着对穴位的不断刺激而增强 ,到 15min可达峰值 ,至 30min均能维持疗效 ;如不运针则疗效降低。Objective To observe effects of manipulating the needle in acupuncture. Methods Sixty seven cases with bradygastrias were divided into two groups: manipulation group (37 cases) and non-manipulation group (30 cases). Electrogastrogram before acupuncture and 30 min after acupuncture in both the two groups, and 5 min and 15 min after acupuncture in the manipulation group were recorded. Results The FP of electrogastrogram in the non-manipulation group significantly increased (P<0.05), but the increase was less than that in the manipulation group (P<0.01). All the FP of electrogastrogram in the manipulation group at 5 min, 15 min and 30 min after acupuncture increased very significantly as compared with those before acupuncture (P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of acupuncture increases along with continuous stimulation of acupoints and it reaches the peak at 15 min and keeps up to 30 min. The effect will decrease if the needle is not manipulated.
