腕踝针治疗中晚期肝癌疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察腕踝针对癌性疼痛的镇痛效果。方法 :随机选 86例肝癌疼痛患者 ,单纯腕踝针治疗 36例 ,按照三阶梯止痛原则单纯服药组 5 0例 ,比较其在镇痛疗效上与不良反应上的差异。结果 :治疗组有效率为 94 4 % ,愈显率 86 1% ;接受腕踝针治疗的患者与按三阶梯服药的患者镇痛疗效上无显著差异 ,持续缓解时间较服药组长 ,且无毒副作用。结论 :腕踝针治疗肝癌疼痛疗效显著 ,与服药组比较无不良反应。Objective To assess the analgesic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on liver cancer pain. Methods Eighty-six cases of liver cancer pain were divided into 2 groups, a treatment group (n=36) treated with simple wrist-ankle acupuncture and a control group (n=50) treated with simple medicine according to 3-steps analgesic principle. Their therapeutic effects and side effects were compared. Results The total effective rate and the cured-markedly effective rate were 94.4% and 86.1% in the treatment group respectively with no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the analgesic effect, and the analgesic effect in the treatment group lasted a longer period than the control group with no side-effects. Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture has an obvious therapeutic effect on liver cancer pain with no side-effects and longer analgesic period.
