摘　　要：股市是国民经济的晴雨表。股市的走势和股价的变化 ,是国家经济发展和公司发展的反映。自 2 0 0 0年 6月以来 ,我国股票市场持续下跌 ,股市走势与国民经济发展严重背离 ,许多 2 0 0 0年以后上市的次新股在股市连续下跌中 ,已跌破发行价格 。The stock market is the national economy's barometer.Walking of stock market is with the stock price's variety, is the reflecting of economy and company developing.Since June 2000, our country's stock market keep on declining,the stock market walking and national economy development to deviate from seriously,after 2000,many second new stock continue declineing,have already fallen to break the issuance price, stock the issuance the list price problem to suffer the widespread concern of industry inside.
