60例女阴萎缩性白色病损组织病理学观察

摘　　要：对60例女阴萎缩性白色病损做组织病理学观察。行石蜡切片,HE、PAS、黑色素、肥大细胞、弹力纤維、网状纤维染色后光镜观察,2例做透射电镜观察。本组病例中硬化性萎缩性苔藓34例,萎缩性扁平苔藓14例,慢性苔藓样角化病12例。总结各病的组织病理学特点,提出女阴萎缩性白色病损的处理原则。Through light microscope by means of paraffin section, H-E stain, PAS stain, melanin stain, mast-cell stain, elastic fiber stain, reticular fiber stain, etc, histopathologie observation of 60 cases of vulval atrophic leuco-lesion were studied. Moreover, 2 cases were investigated by transmission electromicroseope. The study identified 34 cases of lichen planus et atrophicans, 14 of lichen planus atrophicus and 12 of keratosis lichenoides chronica. After summerizing the pathologic features of each type of the diseases, a principle of treatment for the vulval atrophic leuco-lesion is proposed.
