干熄炉内影响焦炭下降因素的研究

摘　　要：采用示踪法和数字摄像设备,研究了焦炭在干熄炉冷态模型内的下降行为,得到了3种风帽条件下焦炭下降的特点和规律。结果表明,连续下料与否对焦炭下降的运动轨迹和平均速度的分布趋势影响不大,不产生本质变化。By means of tracing method and digital camera equipment, the descending behavior of coke in cold model of CDQ chamber is studied, both the feature and law of coke descending under the condition of three kinds of cowls are found. The results show whether continuous coke discharge or not, it will not make great influence on the movement orbit and distribution tendency of mean speed of coke descending, it will not give any essential change.
