摘　　要：对近年来采用中药腹腔灌洗治疗重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)的实验研究、临床研究进行了综述并探讨。认为中药腹腔灌洗为中药救治SAP患者开辟了新的给药途径 ,能在多环节、多位点对SAP进行有效的治疗 ,具有广阔的应用前景 。The article summarized the study progress of the peritoneal lavage therapy with the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, including experimental study and clinical study. The peritoneal lavage therapy with the traditional Chinese medicine provides a new administration way for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in multiple line and site. It has wide prospect for the application, which is worth to advanced research.
