摘　　要：要充分发挥图书馆的功能,需要加强馆员凝聚力。凝聚力不是自然形成的,它需要馆长的凝聚能力。在图书馆事业中,运用目标、形势、领导行为、奖惩、榜样和竞赛等对图书馆工作人员进行思想教育,对培养图书馆工作人员的凝聚力具有重要意义。To make full use of the function of libraries, the work efficiency need be improved.Whether it is improved depends on the cohesive forces from library assistants.The cohesire forces mon't be fromed themselvse, which need the livrarian heads' cohesire ability.In the library cause,the staff are educated in thouaht by using aims,situations,leader altions,rewards and penalties.examples, competitions and os on. It's very significent to cultirate cohesire forces from the staff in libraries.
