低层错能钢中ε马氏体的X射线分析

摘　　要：本文对低层错能钢中ε马氏体进行了X射线分析。利用ε马氏体的点阵常数值α=0.254nm,c=0.414nm,计算出了ε马氏体的各晶面间距及多晶体的相对衍射强度,并利用(101)_c和(200)_γ峰用直接对比法进行了定量分析。X-ray analyses of ε-martensite in low SFE (stacking fault energy) steels were made in this paper. Using the lattice parameters α=0.254nm and c=0.414nm, the interplanar distances of ε-martensite and the relative diffraction intensities of polycrystal were culculated. Quantitative analysis of ε-martensite were also made by the method of direct comparison between (101), and (200)_γ peaks.
