摘  要:接德雷疫霉Phytophthora drechsleri游动孢子于甜瓜(Cucumis mel L.)叶片上,24℃下培养,侵入前形成静止胞,萌发产生压力胞,经由气孔保卫细胞间隙侵入。侵染菌丝在叶肉细胞间和细胞内扩展,也有从气孔抻出在叶面蔓延的。菌丝状孢子囊梗由气孔抻出或在抻出的菌丝上长出孢子囊梗,在顶端形成孢子囊。24℃下孢囊直接萌发出芽管。用德雷疫霉A_1型和辣椒疫霉A_2型的游动孢子悬浮液等量混合,接于白兰瓜叶片上能产生大量藏卵器、卵孢子。接菌后72h整个叶片呈水浸状暗褐色病变。Motile xoospores of Phytophthora drechsleri were inoculated on melon leaf and wree cultured under 24 C. Histological studies of Phytophthora drechsleri showed that zoospores of pathogen encysted,germinated and produced appressoria before penetration. In all eases penetration occurred through stomata. The sporangiophores which were produced on hypha, extruded out via stomata and formed sporangia. Mixing of equal amount of liquor was carried out with motile zoospores of Phytophthora drechsleri A_1 and Phytophthora capsici A_2 which was inoculated on Honey Dew melon leaf. A lot of ogonia and ospores were produced. Large areas of the tested leaf tissue became pathosis and died after 72 hours of inoculation.
