静电花粉分选装置技术参数的优化试验与分析

摘　　要：简单介绍了花粉高压静电分选装置。利用花粉静电分选装置在不同的分选条件下对同一品种的花粉进行分选试验,对试验结果进行了方差分析。通过对试验结果的分析得出:在分选过程中影响花粉分选的主次因素依次为:花粉在屏蔽管内的自由沉降距离、极板间电压、极板间距、空气湿度、大气压等;同时也得出了其最佳参数组合。This paper introduces briefly the separative device of high voltage electrostatic. Using the separative device of high voltage electrostatic to sort the same species of pollen in different situations, we make use of variance analysis about the results of experiment. The experiment result indicated that influencing major and minor factors during separating are: the distance of pollen free settling in shielded-plate tube, the voltage of counter electrode, distance of counter electrode plate, air humidity and pressure of atmosphere and so on. At the same time, the authors educe optimal parameter.
