摘 要:水阳江流域上游山区暴雨集中 ,洪峰流量大 ,经常超过中下游河道的安全泄量。按照流域规划要求 ,水阳江综合治理主要措施是上游建库蓄洪 ,中游建闸控制蓄洪 ,下游清障开卡。南漪湖是水阳江中游最大的调蓄湖泊。在北山河马山埠和双桥河口分别建闸控制洪水 ,同时封堵油榨沟河 ,是解决中游洪水的切实可行的、合理的工程方案。The storm rainfall is concentrated on the mountains at the upstream of Shuiyangjiang River catchment. The peak flood is so great that it often overpasses the safe discharge of middle and downstream river courses. According to the requirements of catchment planning, the main measures for improving Shuiyangjiang River comprehensively is to construct a reservoir and storage flood and the gate must be constructed at middle reach to control the flood and the obstacles at downstream will be cleared. Nanyi Lake is the biggest storage lake at the middle reach of Shuiyangjing River. The gates will be constructed at Hemashanfu on North Mountain and at the river mouth of Shuangqiao respectively to control the flood and this is a feasible and reasonable project scheme to solve the problem of flood at middle reaches.
