摘  要:基于“液阻理论”和“产品设计方法学”的座阀控制结构的分析是正确应用和进行座阀产品创新和基础。本文简略介绍了一些基本概念。New generational hydraulic control product development must he based on innovative design. The author discusses the design characteristics of cartridge valve based on hydraulic resistance systematics and design theory and methodology to find rules to guide the intended new product idea. This paper provides a brief introduction to the functional model of the main stage of a cartridge valve, which consists of a schematic component description and the involved functional interface analysis. The conceptual analysis can be used as a basis on which further design and product detail can derivate from, the later will be discussed in another papaer.
