摘　　要：创新是现代企业发展的根本动力。指出了建立体制、技术和管理"三位一体"的企业创新模式的重要作用,具体阐述了体制创新是企业发展的前提,技术创新是企业竞争的核心,管理创新是企业生存的基础;提出了要把相互关联的"三个创新"有机地整合在一起,才能形成切实推动企业发展的现实力量。Renovation is the essential power for the development of modern businesses. The importance of setting up a mode of Trinitarian renovation for a business is stated, it include the system, technology and management. It is expounded concretely that the system renovation is the prerequisite for its development and technological renovation is the core for it in competition especially the management renovation is the foundation for its existence. However, only the three renovations which were originally correlative with each other are integrated into one. An actual power can come into being to develop the business effectively.
