摘　　要：介绍了非标设备制作工程费用的计算方法及其构成 ,并以容器、塔器、换热器为例 ,对非标设备制作工程费用的主要影响因素 ,以及这些因素对非标设备工程造价变化趋势的影响等问题进行了详细的分析 ,为非标设备设计、制造与施工管理人员控制其工程造价提供了参考。In this paper, the calculation method and the composition of fabricating cost of non-standard equipment were introduced. Taking the vessels, columns and heat exchangers as examples, the main effect factors of the cost and the influence of these factors on the change tendency of the cost were analyzed in detail. It provided the personnel engaged in design, manufacture and construction management of the non-standard equipment with a reference information on controlling the fabricating cost of the equipment.
