摘  要:本文报道了利用微小牛蜱、长角血蜱、残缘璃眼蜱在牛血孢子虫传播过程中的专性及某些蜱在不同世代和变态期传播不同血孢子虫的特性,由混合种人工感染牛体,一次性分离出边缘边虫、牛巴贝斯虫、卵形巴贝斯虫、瑟氏泰勒虫、环形泰勒虫和双芽巴贝斯虫6个单一种的分离方法和步骤,以及对这些种的超低温保藏试验结果。边缘边虫等6个单一种已测定的有效保藏期依次达1095天、312天、270天、1202天、1181天、186天,其间对不同方法处理的冻存物,进行过多次动物接种试验,结果表明,保藏效果良好,各单一种的感染性和致病力未受影响。According to the specificities of Boophilus microplus, Haemaphysalis longicornis and Hyalomma detritum in transmiting Haematocytozoon and the characteristics of some of them in transmiting different Haematocytocytozoon at different generations and stages of metamorphosis, the methods of one run isolating six single species of Haematocytozoon A. maryinale, B. bovis, B.ovata, T.sergenti.T.annu lata and B. bigemina from cattle infected with these mixed species, were described.The results of their preservation under ultra low-temperature showed that the storage periods of these single strains were 1095 days in A. marginale, 312 days in B. bovis, 270 days in B. ovata, 1202 days in T. sergenti, 1181 days in T. annulata and 186 days in B. bigemina. During the time of storage several tests of animals infected with samples of cryopreservation showed that the effect of storage was good and their infectivity and pathogenicity were not affected.
